SALMA Hayek hasn’t been under the knife! The actress insists her beauty is all natural — and admits she’s disgusted with the Hollywood trend of plastic surgery. “No surgical tweaks. No Botox either,” Hayek, 43, told InStyle magazine. “Look, I think it is terrible, these girls in their late 20s injecting their faces and lips.

Yes, Spencer, who has been managing Heidi’s career since she was 19, got fired by non other than his loving wife. Her decision will not affect their marriage( hopefully) as their business connection is all this blond plastic surgery freak wants to end.

“No longer is my husband the face of my business or managing my career. I am going to have Aiden Chase help manage my new life and career in a very different and positive way with light and love. The time for change is now.”- she announced.

Heidi also explained what caused this drastic turn: “After the incredible experiences I have had healing my life and truly connecting to my dreams with healer intuitive Aiden Chase, I have officially asked him to become my manager”

“Never mix business and pleasure. We are no longer Speidi but Spencer and Heidi. I am so excited for my future and the bright successes coming my way.”

Yeah, right! We believe that! Especially when coming from the mouth of the girl who married her manager.

This is a bit hard to say but Heidi did a terrific job in Ron Howard’s  Funny or Die video. This video is just one of the many planned as a part of “Americans for Financial Reform” efforts to urge Congress to enact fiscal reform.

During this 1.50 minutes long video , Heidi mock her own plastic surgery marathon, saying how reality stars are forced to max out their credit cards in order to pay for all those needed surgeries and, therefore, really need some financial relief.

Heidi was thrilled about the video: “I was honoured to work with the amazing Ron Howard. He was kind, generous and made me feel so comfortable … feel so confident in my talent.”

Rinna, who recently slammed Heidi Montag regarding her plastic surgery marathon and then apologized to her via Twitter, now used the same social network  to show the haters how her face is completely normal. (http://twitter.com/lisarinna)

She posted a picture of her self without makeup and the caption: ” Ok for all of you who say I’ve had too much BT this is for you!” was about the frowns on her forehead. With a “look! I can move my face” facial expression, Rinna tried to put an end to the story about her being over-botoxed lately.

After bashing Heidi Montag and her “10 plastic surgeries a day” routine and then apologizing to her for that, Lisa Rinna decided she will not say a word on that topic ever again.

When UsMagazine.com reporter cornered her with the question about young girls and plastic surgery at the Bowling For Buddies benefit in Hollywood, she simply replied: ” no comment”.

“I am no longer speaking on that subject ever again. And that’s all I have to say.”- she tried to make a joke and explain why she wouldn’t speak.

And we think that’s a pretty smart decision. She could have made it sooner, thought, because she is not exactly a spokesperson and a good example of healthy aging either. Let’s just remember how she complained she looks like a “freak” last year when her doctor went a little bit overboard while filling her cheeks with Juvederm.

“I tried it because my girlfriends did it. I thought, ‘I’ll do it! I saw a photo and I was like, ‘Oh Jesus. That’s no good. That’s NOT good.”- she told

We have to admit it to her, at least she learned a lesson… or two.

The only thing we could say when Lisa Rinna spoke about Heidi’s plastic surgeries was – Look who’s talking! Ok, Heidi did turn herself into a freakazoid overnight( literally!) but Lisa listing Heidi as a bad example to young girls- that’s freaking hilarious! The actress, who had Juvederm fillers, Botox, lip-plumping, breast implants and god knows what else, said she had to take off the cover of the magazine because it had Heidi’s picture on it.

“We have two girls. I don’t think it is something you want to bring in and say, ‘Oh, look. I take a lot of the covers off of magazines if they are just not appropriate. Obviously, we are raising two young girls. Anything that has to do with body or weight issues, I think you just have to be really careful.”- she explained.

However, not to long after this, an apology to Heidi appeared on her Twitter page: “I apologize to Miss Montag if my words were taken and used against her in the press. I did not slam her or her surgeries for the record.”

Does this mean Lisa finally looked herself in the mirror and realized she’s not really a poster-girl for plastic surgery-free life?

Because the behavior of  cats is obviously out of control. “Cats are totally crazy,  her apartment turned upside down, and the singer can not be with them not to fight, because there is more power,” said a source close to the family Winehouse. Amy has decided that all cats to a shelter or asylum, and that her difficult because very tied to them, and now again suffering and depression.
