Dr. Murray never apologized to Jackson family for Michaels death. Why? Because the guy thinks he did nothing wrong!

According to the source close to Murray, he believes he had no part in Michael’s sad demise. Dr. Murray does not believe the Propofol he administered to the singer killed him, not withstanding the L.A. County Coroner’s conclusion that Jackson died from a lethal overdose of the anesthetic.”, the source explains.

He also says that the only reason Murray said nothing about Propofol to paramedics is because he thought Propofol had nothing to with that.

Hmm… Interesting! And this guy got his licence? How?

No, this is not the local pharmacy’s list of supplies, it’s the content of the search warrant detailing all the drugs found in MJ’s apartment after his death.  The police searched his home for evidence and they found all this plus the skin lightening cream. An awful lot of meds.

According to the newest documents, LAPD has been investigating Murray’s communication with his girlfriend, Nicole Alvarez, and believes this woman hides a lot of secrets.

LAPD detectives obtained a search warrant in December 2009 and went through  her g mail account trying to discover what has Murray been saying her before and after the death of Michael Jackson. “During the course of the investigation [the lead detective] also learned that Dr. Murray made numerous telephone calls to Nicole Alvarez leading up to and including the day Jackson died”, the warrant says.

As much as we know at this point, a certain “shipment” is being mentioned and the cops are suspecting Murray had Propofol delivered from Las Vegas to Monica Alvarez’s house in Santa Monica.

Story developing.

Dr. Murray is facing more legal problems, but this time it has nothing to do with Michael Jackson’s death. Well, not completely. The only common denominator to them is Dr. Murray himself and the fact that he is a compulsive liar.

According to the documents obtained by TMZ news site, Investigators for the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners filed a formal complaint against Murray for lies he said when applying for the licence renewal in June 13th , 2007 and June 19th , 2009. In both times, Dr. Murray was asked: “Are you out of compliance with court ordered child support?” and he gave a negative reply. That, however, was a lie because in 2007 he owed $7,255.86 of child support and in 2009 $10,131.05.

The investigators are asking the Medical Board to “determine what sanctions it determines to impose for the violations … committed by Respondent

A rep for Murray’s lawyer, Ed Chernoff, is  finally answering  the story according to which Murray “forgot” to mention the EMTs  he administered Propofol to Michael Jackson.

As Chernoff said for tmz news site: We are currently in receipt of almost 2800 pages of discovery from the Los Angeles prosecutors and we have been assured that more is coming. What we have does not include this ‘official’ paramedics report, cited in the News of the World story.” So Murray will not reply anything until the report in question is presented to Chernoff.

However ” We can say unequivocally that Dr. Murray did everything in his power to save Michael Jackson’s life and that he fully cooperated with both the paramedics at the scene and physicians at UCLA Medical Center”, Chernoff reassures.

According to the new documents obtained by Associated Press, Dr. Murray stopped administering CPR to Michael Jackson in order to hide evidence of Propofol use.

The bodyguard, Alberto Alvarez, claims Michael’s eyes and mouth were wide open and he appeared dead in the moment he walked into the room. There was also an IV bottle containing milky liquid substance( Propofol) attached to the Michaels leg.

Dr. Murray allegedly stopped administering CPR, picked up the vials, handed the over to Alvarez and told them to put it in the plastic bag and than the plastic bag into the canvas bag. The bodyguard also claims Murray told him to remove the IV and put it in another canvas bag. According to Alvarez, Murray hid the bags with Propofol vials into the closet so the police and the rest of the family don’t see them.

Alvarez, who called the 911in the first place,  says Michaels kids Prince and Paris walked into the room, cried and watched as Murray is giving CPR and mouth-to-mouth to Jackson.

According to the sources close to the situation, both Sandra and Jesse are doing lawyer shopping these days. Both of their reps are interviewing multiple lawyers but, as we are informed, Sandra is the one that will be filing for a divorce.

Her rep is the one looking for a good divorce attorney and so far, the best choice seems to be Lance Spiegel, the man who handled Charlie Sheen, Heather Locklear and Michael Jackson’s divorces.

Jesse’s rep, in the other hand, is interviewing layers asking “if they’d be interested in taking the case” if Sandra files for divorce. So, it’s evident that Jesse won’t be starting anything but is just making sure Sandra doesn’t catch him unprepared.

He should have thought about that sooner, we think.

The paramedic report published by News of the World reveals that Dr. Murray withheld the information regarding Propofol administration from the paramedic team.

When paramedics arrived to the place of what turned out to be a murder, Dr. Murray said nothing about giving Propofol to Michael Jackson and demanded he is taken in the hospital although all the signs showed Michael was already dead.

According to the report, Michael Jackson had no blood pressure, no breath and his pupils were dilated when paramedics showed up. Dr. Murray told them he gave Michael Lorazepam  and that he was exhausted because he couldn’t fall asleep. He, off course, said nothing about Propofol.

Since covering up such an important information is considered very serious, it will definitely be used against Dr. Murray on trial.

Lindsay Lohan sues E-Trade for Milkaholic

Lindsay Lohan filed a lawsuit against E-Trade for the Super Bowl Milkaholic commercial. The commercial in question features a baby named Lindsay who is a boyfriend stealer.

In the commercial a baby boy is apologizing to the baby girl for not calling her. Then a baby girl asks: And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?” and the baby boy replies: “Lindsay?” as the other baby girl appears on the screen saying: “Milk-a-what?”

Lindsay believes the commercial is violating her civil rights and has filed a suit in Nassau County Supreme Court in New York, stating that the E- Trade used “likeness of the plaintiff’s name, characterization, and personality.” Lindsay is asking 50 million $ for exemplary damages, 50 million $ for compensatory damages and demands the commercial is removed and all copies turned to her.

Lindsay’s lawyer said that the case is pretty solid because it is obvious that the milkaholic baby was made according to her character: “Everybody has a right to have one’s own perception, all that matters is that the truth will come out in court. “

However, Mark Geragos, the lawyer who defended many celebrities including Michael Jackson and Winona Ryder, doesn’t share that opinion. He said this case might turn out to be a tough battle for Lohan’s legal team. “I don’t think this is going to pass a pleading stage or motion to dismiss.”- he explained.
