Robbie Williams has reportedly instructed his lawyers to prepare him a pre-nuptial agreement.

The ‘Bodies’ singer has decided to get the legal arrangement, which is a contract stating how assets are distributed should a couple divorce, ahead of his marriage to his actress fiancee Ayda Field in case things don’t work out.

It’s quite evident Sandra has not intentions to continue her marriage with the cheating hubby, Jesse James. She is, however,  determined to try and keep the only good thing there, her step-daughter Sunny.

After Jesse’s numerous mistresses came out in public with their stories, his ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, decided it’s a perfect moment to initiate a custody battle and finally get long denied custody over their child Sunny. Sandra also contacted her lawyers and will try to get visitation rights, at least, because she raised the girl and feels Sunny is like her own child.

“Sandra is beside herself with worry. She thought she had the perfect marriage. Now she feels that she’s at risk of losing everything. Sunny means the world to her. She loves that girl to death. Sandra and Sunny have a special bond. She raised her since before she could walk. She did everything for that girl and now it looks as if she’s going to have to fight, even for visitation rights. It’s heartbreaking.”, a source close to Sandra told the Mirror.

According to People’s insiders, Elin is not feeling really happy with her new-found family peace. They say she no intention to show up as Tiger’s support for the Masters. “Elin wants to stay away and not get involved in the frenzy of the Masters. By not going, she sends a signal that she is staying with Tiger only for the children.”

So, the wife play role is just for the kids sake and Elin is  not really interested in Tiger or his career!

“Elin is going through the motions to keep the children well grounded. She suffered through the pain of her parents divorcing and doesn’t want to do that to her kids. But she is not happy in the marriage. The trust is gone.” -one source explains. And with the trust so did Tiger’s chances to get laid any time soon. As the source says “ she wears a chastity belt made of spikes. They are not living together as a couple. They are putting on a charade for the children.”

In desperate times like these, a man would probably turn to the mistress to make it all good, but the only problem is… Tiger’s mistresses have already cost him too much, another sex-trip like that and he could completely lose everything. Elin has her lawyers on stand by and “If he falls even slightly one more time. She could still file for divorce despite her interest in holding the family together.”

According to the sources close to the situation, both Sandra and Jesse are doing lawyer shopping these days. Both of their reps are interviewing multiple lawyers but, as we are informed, Sandra is the one that will be filing for a divorce.

Her rep is the one looking for a good divorce attorney and so far, the best choice seems to be Lance Spiegel, the man who handled Charlie Sheen, Heather Locklear and Michael Jackson’s divorces.

Jesse’s rep, in the other hand, is interviewing layers asking “if they’d be interested in taking the case” if Sandra files for divorce. So, it’s evident that Jesse won’t be starting anything but is just making sure Sandra doesn’t catch him unprepared.

He should have thought about that sooner, we think.

The Oscar awarded actress, Kate Winslet and her husband, the director Sam Mendes, decided to put an end to their marriage. They were married for 7 years(since 2003) and have a six year old son, Joe, together.

“Kate and Sam are saddened to announce that they separated earlier this year. The split is amicable and by mutual agreement”- their lawyers explained in an official statement.

Their also said that: “Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children.” which, off course, presumes their son, Joe, and Winslet’s daughter from her earlier marriage, Mia.

We can’t say that we are glad for their separation, but divorces happen and at least it’s nice to see a normal couple that’s not making a big media drama about it.

Dr. Murray who has been charged for the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson is not quite happy with the way his case is progressing. His defense team says the D.A’s office has been “suspiciously slow” when it comes to sharing documents acquired in the investigation. “The prosecution had eight months to accumulate their evidence and we still haven’t received it. Something here just isn’t right.”- one of his lawyers explained.

At his moment, the possibility of a plea bargain is not excluded and Murray’s team is waiting for the documents so they could asses the case. “We don’t have enough to know if we’re going to deal.”- they say.

Well, it is a little bit strange, we have to admit that.

The disagreements between DA’s office and LAPD about should Murray be arrested or not, bought Murray an extra weekend. However, on Monday he will definitely be charged for the murder of Michael Jackson.

One of his lawyers, J. Michael Flanagan, said that after Friday’s confusion, the DA and LAPD finally reached to an agreement. Dr. Murray will not be arrested but turn in voluntarily, place bail and face the court without chains and handcuffs. So, it’s basically back to the original deal he previously made with DA’s office.

The doc who gave Michael a lethal sedative dose was supposed to get arrested on the charges for involuntary manslaughter. However, disagreement between DA’s office and LAPD postponed this process and so far no one can tell for sure will Murray be going to courtroom with of without cuffs.

Supposedly, Dr. Murray made a deal with DA’s office to surrender and face the court without being arrested. In order for the public arrest to be avoided, Murray’s lawyers were supposed to take him to L.A County Sheriff’s office on Friday where he would be booked and then would pay the bail, walk out and show to court without handcuffs. LAPD objected this because cuffs and chains are the standard procedure for manslaughter, so Murray’s deal with DA failed.

So far, no other arrangements have been made and the only sure thing  is that Dr. Murray will be facing the court( with or without handcuffs)  on the previously mentioned charges.

The most famous Hollywood couple appeared to award prizes of the American Association director. In recent weeks, largely the “Rumor” about the termination of Brad Pitt (46) and Angelina Jolie (34), while their representatives stubbornly silent. Apparently the couple met with lawyers for divorce, although not married, to share property and six children. Brad and Angelina appeared on the red carpet in Los Angeles this weekend, and despite the fact that they were nice and willing to hold hands, did not allow photographers to picture. Later still cameras recorded Angelina to laugh at the table with Quentin Tarantino, while Brad Pitt spoke in his honor.
