Tori Spelling is pregnant. After weeks of speculations, the actress known for her Donna Martin role in ’90s series “Beverly Hills, 90210″ has officially confirmed via Twitter that she is expecting her third child with actor husband Dean McDermott.  Tori and Dean also have 4-year-old Liam and 2-year-old Stella. (Dean has a 12-year-old son from a previous relationship.) Spelling and McDermott wed in 2006.
