Wyclef Jean – Fired his manager because of the nude photos
According to some reports, the split between Wyclef and his manager, Lisa Ellis, occurred because his wife, Marie Claudinette, demanded so. Claudinette allegedly found Lisa Ellis’s naked photo in Wyclef’s phone and demanded her hubby fire the manager immediately.
Lisa Ellis, who was Wyclef’s manager until last month, claims that the photo, dating from 2008, was taken for a book, and it has absolutely nothing to do with her and Wyclef ending the collaboration.
“That photograph was taken for a book. Someone somehow got a hold of it and is now using it against me. I quit being Wyclef’s manager just because I don’t like the way he does business. The photo has nothing to do with anything, but now there’s this completely made up, falsified story about it.”- she told the New York Post.
When asked about those rumours, Wyclef’s spokesperson simply said :” Wyclef is spending all his time trying to rebuild Haiti and will have no comment on any of these false rumours.”
