Michelle’s dad really believes his daughter had no idea about Jesse still being married to Sandra Bullock around the time he and Michelle fooled around.

“She told me that she was going out with Jesse James… the motorcycle guy. I’m like, ‘Oh, I thought he was married to Sandra Bullock.’ She goes, ‘Well, they were, but now they have a thing where they kind of live apart.” Denny McGee said to FOX Cleveland affiliate FOX 8 News.

The loving dad also said Michelle is “in seclusion right now” in San Diego, and denied the Nazi rumours that have been going on about Michelle. “I don’t know about my daughter having any Nazi – any relations with them at all. That’s ridiculous. She’s always been a good girl.”

LOL. Depends on what’s your idea of a good girl!

Anyway, Denny didn’t have to much to say to Jesse: “I wouldn’t want to say anything to him. I just wish he would’ve been honest with my daughter from the beginning so this wouldn’t have happened.”

Jesse’s ex wife started it and now Michelle’s ex husband, Ronald Shane Modica decided to follow and has filed a court motion San Diego to obtain temporary and legal custody over their five-year-old son Avery.
“I need protection for my son. If [Michelle] sees Avery, she will bring these curiosity seekers and glory hounds down on herself and Avery, totally confusing and frankly scaring him.”- he says, claiming the lime light Michelle has been under recently is taking a toll on the child. “He fights me violently, and screams, yells, cries and begs not to go.”
Although Modica’s request has been denied on Friday, he plans to pursue his quest and present the judge with the new facts:
•    McGee has slipped “more into stripping, pills, alcohol” over the years
•    She stages pornographic performances in her home: “There have been pornographic shoots there and live WEB cam pornographic broadcasts from her home.
•    Her home is decorated with “coffins in the living room and child block magnets on the refrigerator that spell out ‘White Power.’
•    She “moves around a lot and takes Avery with her without telling me…She has enrolled him in various schools without consulting me.”

“I will not continue to expose him to the kind of life Michelle desires and seeks: full on, pornographic, party all the time.”, Modica says and hopes he will have more luck on the next custody hearing scheduled for  May 12th.
