DMX – Arrested in Arizona
Earl Simmons, the rapper known as DMX got arrested on Tuesday, March 9th for using drugs which is considered to be a violation of his probation. Simmons told his probation office he used cocaine regularly during the last nine months.
As Maricopa County Sheriff, Joe Arpaio, told the Reuters, DMX was not following his treatment term plans, used drugs and violated probation in that way, so he was arrested and taken into custody. “We would hope that he is finally sent to prison. We’ve arrested him five times already. How many times do you have to violate the law?”- the Sheriff said.
DMX was on probation for throwing a food tray at the jail officer in Phoenix jail, where he was serving a 90 days sentence for drug, theft and animal abuse charges last year.
