E Trade on Lindsay Lohan’s lawsuit- It’s nonsense
E Trade, an investment company against whom Lindsay Lohan filed a suit for using her name and image in their “Milkaholic” commercial, won’t surrender without a fight.
“We believe the claims are without merit and we intend to defend ourselves vigorously in this case.”- E Trade’s rep told the TMZ news site. So Lindsay’s legal team will have troubles winning this, already weak, case.
According to E Trade, the commercial in question, featuring a milkaholic, boyfriend stealing baby named Lindsay, is made to be “witty and memorable” and it has no connection to Miss Lohan, anyhow.
